Description: Antique English blue Jasperware syrup jug with pewter lid. This is an early Jasperware that is made in the "Dip Glaze" process used on earlier pieces (base ceramic is Blue, color is dipped on, then white decoration is applied and in relief). Newer pieces are made of one-color clay. Maker's mark on underside.
Approximate Dimensions: 7" tall, 4" bottom diameter, 5 1/4 " Inches length.
Condition : Absolutely no chips or cracks and has not been restored . Item is in good preowned condition.
